To enhance the operational efficiency in consolidating packages from different countries, the free storage period of bulk shipments has been adjusted from 42 days to 30 days after they have arrived at our Hong Kong warehouse.
If a shipment is not collected by the recipient, an overdue fee will be applied beginning on day 31. Unclaimed shipments will be regarded as abandoned after 45 days without further notice.
