📌 For New Buy&Ship Users:
- Create an account at www.buyandship.ph or through the mobile app.
- Fill in the required registration details and select ‘Sign Up’.
- A verification link shall be sent to your registered email address. Select the link, optimize your personal profile and enter your mobile number to finish verification.
- Under the referral code/promotion code section, enter the promo code BNS + First 6 digits of your BPI or RBank Card.
- Select ‘Update’ to complete registration. A member ID shall be assigned per account.
- The Php 400 credits will be automatically reflected in your account and can be viewed under My Profile > My Credit. This credit shall be valid for sixty (60) days.

Step 3: Verify Your Email

Step 4: Input BPI Code and Finish Account Verification
Enter your name, password, and Buy&Ship x BPI Exclusive promo code “BNS + First 6 Digits of Your BPI Card” to get free PHP 400 sign-up reward credits!
Click “Confirm” and optimize your profile to finish the whole registration and you can now start to use Buy&Ship’s service!

📌 For Existing Buy&Ship Users:
- Log in to your account at www.buyandship.ph or through the mobile app.
- Shop from any online stores in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Australia, Italy, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Upon checkout, enter the corresponding Buy&Ship country address where the item was purchased. Recipient details for the package must include the Buy&Ship member ID.
- The following shipment details must be updated in the Buy&Ship account:
- Buy&Ship overseas warehouse where the item was purchased
- Tracking number from the online store
- Provide the information on purchased items such as category, brand, quantity, and unit price
- Agree on the terms and conditions, then click ‘Next’.
- Review the Shipment Information and Declaration Details, and click ‘Confirm and Declare’.
- All items purchased from other countries shall be shipped to Buy&Ship Hong Kong warehouse, shipping time may take up to fourteen (14) calendar days. Buy&Ship will store the package in the warehouse for up to forty-two (42) calendar days for free. Corresponding storage fees will apply afterward.
- The 5% shipping fee rebate will be credited to the customer account within thirty (30) calendar days and can be viewed under the profile. Rebate may be used and valid for up to ninety (90) calendar days.
Terms & Conditions
- To qualify for the discount/offer, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card or RBank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
- All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g., service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the BPI or Robinson Bank Cardholder.
- For security, E-Commerce access is turned off by default. Go to the official BPI Debit Mastercard page to see the steps on enabling your E-Commerce access and International access in Card Control via BPI Online/BPI Mobile App when you need to transact online. Turn off your access when not in use.
- The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
- The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
- The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.
- Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
- The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant.
- In case of dispute with respect to the Bank only and the customers’ availment of the Promo, the decision of the Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
- Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card and/or RBank Credit and Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
