What is Buyforyou?
Buyforyou is a buying service for our members who cannot buy using their credit cards in the US, UK, Taiwan, Canada, Japan, China, South Korea, and Hong Kong stores. There are some stores that do not allow foreign credit cards, may need mobile OTP, or have complicated checkout protocols, now you can use Buyforyou! Check it on your member dashboard in the toggle menu or the member center.
The Buyforyou service includes:
- Purchasing your item(s),
- Filling the customs declaration for item(s) in your request.
- No need to declare your shipments, just wait for your items to arrive in our HK Warehouse location for consolidation and delivery.
How to Shop via Proxy Shopping, Buyforyou?
Step 1: Go to the Proxy Shopping page
Once you have a product in mind, go to your Proxy Shopping Page or go to the app and click the “Place Proxy Order” Tab.
Please note: Currently, this service is only available in Taiwan, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, China, South Korea, and Hong Kong.
Step 02: Fill in the Details and Submit a Request
Go back to the site you want us to buy from, and fill in the product details. Double-check your request, hit confirm, and that’s it! We will be back shortly to reply with a quote!
Step 03: Check and Pay your request
You will be notified by email once the request is confirmed and ready to pay. Please check your request details before making payment. You are strongly advised to settle the payment as soon as possible to prevent stockouts of requested items.
Step 04: Consolidate Your Shipments & Wait for your order to Arrive at your doorstep in the Philippines
After you receive an email notification regarding the shipment consolidation, you can consolidate your items, select your delivery address, and pay the delivery fee, just like the normal Buy&Ship process.
