Buyandship’s Shipping Method
You can use our service for any shopping site which accepts our warehouse address as the shipping address. The entire cross-border e-commerce process may be a little bit overwhelming at first but we’re here to break it down for you and guide you throughout your overseas online shopping journey.
📌After you sign up and verified, there are two (2) important elements you should know to start online shopping abroad with us: Buyandship’s Member ID & Buyandship’s Warehouse Address.
The online retailer usually requires you to enter the First Name and Last Name of the Receiver. Upon registration as our member, you will be given an eight-letter code as your “member ID”. Please include your member ID as a part of the name of the receiver during online shopping or include it in the ‘Shipping Address’ section. It will allow us to identify your packages as yours which in turn can help us process your shipments smoothly.
For the shipping address, you will find your 13 Buyandship warehouse addresses in the “Member Centre > Warehouses”, the corresponding warehouses will be shown after you select the country. All you have to do is copy our warehouse address as the shipping address on the shopping site when you are shopping online. You can also find your Member ID in our ‘Warehouses’ section, making it easier for you to copy and paste the addresses to the online shopping platform abroad you want to shop in.
Now that you know where to find the two elements on your Member Centre, here’s the general rule on how to fill in your shipping address on online shopping sites abroad. Please note that each site is different, format and method vary depending on the online merchant store’s policies. You can try any of these four (4) shipping methods and check which format works best on the site you want to buy from.
First Try:
First Name: Your Real Name
Last Name: Your BNS Member ID
Copy Buyandship’s Shipping Address
Billing Address: Local Credit/Debit Card Address
Second Try:

Buyandship’s Payment Method to Purchase Abroad
Whether you’re a new user or a Buyandship expert, you probably all know that each overseas merchant store has different payment solutions~ it’s one of the major keys for your orders to push through and get delivered to any of our 13 warehouses worldwide.
There are several ways for you to pay for your online purchases, especially when you’re shopping overseas. Most international online stores are offering a variety of payment gateways, but which is the most suitable for your shopping needs? Check out the most common payment method Buyandship users use on their overseas shopping transactions!
Credit Card/Debit Card from the Bank
Probably the most common payment method when it comes to online shopping abroad is your local Credit Card or Debit Card. There are over 40 commercial banks in the Philippines, and policies on cross-border e-commerce transactions vary depending on the bank. Some of them don’t charge foreign transaction fees, while others offer rewards programs when you make international purchases. You can generally find several great cards that work well for your overseas transactions.
Sometimes your bank’s credit or debit card blocks your cross-border e-commerce transactions. To avoid possible failed payments abroad, all you have to do is simply call your bank ahead and tell them to allow your e-commerce transactions. You can call your bank before and after purchase, just to be sure that your payments won’t fail!
PayPal
If you’re an online shopping veteran, you may be familiar with PayPal being a payment method for many international online retailers and stores. For the uninitiated, PayPal is a global online payment platform, which has millions of users worldwide! Some overseas online stores accept foreign credit/debit cards, while some only accept PayPal as a payment method.
PayPal is one of the safest and fastest payment gateway Buyandship members used. It protects your financial details and transactions as it is encrypted and monitored to help prevent fraud and identity theft. PayPal also has faster refund policies compared to local Credit and Debit Cards.
GCash Mastercard
Almost all Filipinos owned a GCash Mastercard~ it’s an innovative payment gateway that enables cross-border e-commerce transactions with ease. With GCash Mastercard, users can enjoy a faster and more convenient way to pay for goods and services online. It also provides protection from fraudulent payments and allows users to manage their finances better. The integration of GCash Mastercard on cross-border e-commerce sites has become a popular choice for Buyandship users in recent years, providing them with a safe and reliable way to pay for goods and services online.
GCash AMEX
For sites that require a US Address, GCash AMEX is the perfect solution for cross-border e-commerce consumers. Just like GCash, it’s a secure, reliable, and convenient way to shop online, especially with its low fees, competitive exchange rates, and no minimum transaction amount. It is a fast, efficient, and affordable way to send payments from more than 200 countries and territories around the world. It also offers enhanced security features, such as two-factor authentication, data encryption, and fraud protection.
PayMaya Virtual Card
Aside from GCash, PayMaya is also one of the best payment solutions that simplify the process of making international payments and transfers. It features a virtual card that can be used to make payments on any website or application that accepts Visa cards. The card is linked to a PayMaya account and can be used to pay for goods and services anywhere in the world. It is secure, convenient, and easy to use, allowing consumers to make payments quickly and securely. The card is also equipped with fraud protection, providing customers with an extra layer of security and peace of mind.
Please note that different sites require different payment solutions. There are also some overseas online stores that don’t accept payments from foreign credit/debit cards. We know that this can totally dampen your shopping experience but thanks to our Buyandship family, we are able to gather sufficient data on which cards and payment methods work on select overseas merchant stores.
