In order to verify your account, you are going to need a PH sim card. You can either ask your friends, relatives, or loved ones from the Philippines for a mobile number plus the activation code that we’re going to send you. Or if your PH sim card still works in the country you’re currently residing in, you can use that as well. As long as you can verify your account, you’re good to go. Step 02: Relatives, friends, and loved ones can always send a PARCEL-LUBONG to any of our 13 shipping addresses worldwide with a user member ID.
All shipments need to be sent into any of our 13 overseas warehouses (US Portland, US California, UK, CANADA, JAPAN, KOREA, INDONESIA, ITALY, HONGKONG, AUSTRALIA, TAIWAN, THAILAND, or CHINA) either mail-in or sent from the seller site (ie. Amazon). Keep in mind that each PARCEL-LUBONG is shipped by a courier and will have a TRACKING NUMBER once it is being sent to our overseas warehouses, if not please wait until your PARCEL-LUBONG arrives and you will receive an email from Buyandship with the tracking number for you to declare your shipment. You can access our 13 locations worldwide, US included, on your dashboard once you have a Buyandship Account. Make sure to include your MEMBER ID in the name and your Buyandship shipping address. 🌟 If You’re Residing Abroad and Wants to Give a PARCEL-LUBONG to Your Loved Ones:
If you’re residing abroad and you want to send over your love to your friends and relatives in the Philippines. You have two options:
- Mail the PARCEL-LUBONG to our overseas warehouse or;
- Buy directly from an online merchant store and have it delivered to one of our warehouses- this way you won’t have to think too much about the logistics aspect of it all.
When you’re planning to send out a PARCEL-LUBONG, please note Buyandship’s limitations such as Prohibited Items and Shipment Size Restriction, which states that the parcel should not exceed 55 lbs for Metro Manila and 20 lbs for Non-Metro Manila, each side cannot exceed 100 CM and the sum of 3 sides must not exceed 150cm.
Just like what we stated earlier, every parcel must have a tracking number which would be crucial for the next step so please bear that in mind. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use Buyandship to give you an overview.
Step 03: Users Declare their shipment with the tracking number of the PARCEL-LUBONG
Got the tracking number from your local courier or your seller? Great! All you have to do is immediately declare your parcel- simply fill in the details of your PARCEL-LUBONG.

If you’re the one who has the Buyandship account please declare your shipment when you receive the tracking number. i.e product name, tracking number, unit price, quantity, or product link (if applicable) Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to properly declare your shipment.

Step 04: Wait For Your PARCEL-LUBONG to Arrived at Our HK Warehouse and create your delivery addresses in PH
Once it is in “Arrived at HK warehouse” in Parcel Management, you can checkout your shipments separately or consolidate your shipments (combine shipments) by ticking on the box next to your tracking number. Once each shipment arrives HK warehouse you have free consolidation services and 42 days of storage. If you want to checkout, fill out the checkout details, and proceed to payment.
🌟 If You’re Residing in the Philippines:
Once the PARCEL-LUBONG is in the “Arrived at HK warehouse” tab in Parcel Management, you can checkout your shipments separately or consolidate your shipments (if you’re waiting for more PARCEL-LUBONG) by ticking on the box next to your tracking number. You have free consolidation services and 42 days of storage once it has arrived in our HK Warehouse.

Step 05: Users Checkout and Pay for the Shipping Fee
We charge purely based on weight so, you don’t have to compute for complicated math equations. Plus, we have the lowest shipping rate in the Philippines! We have 2 Pricing Options: Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Check out the Features of DDP and DDU in the images below:
Once you get notified that you’re parcel is in our HK Warehouse, all you need to do is pay the service fee before we process it. Buyandship accepts Mastercard or Visa or Virtual Cards, some debit cards may work if it doesn’t, please tell your bank to allow for our site.

Step 06: Say “Thank You!” to your Loved Ones Get Ready to Receive a “Thank You!”
Final Step! Wait for your PARCEL-LUBONG to arrive at your doorstep in the Philippines and simply check in with your friends or family to tell them if you received your package or not. “What is PARCEL-LUBONG?”
A small gift package that is delivered to your friends and loved ones in the Philippines via Buyandship.
“Is there a shipment size restriction”
If deemed necessary, our warehouse will repack and replace packaging without prior notice. Every single shipment (Per Tracking number) must not exceed 50 pounds. If the single parcel exceeds 20 pounds, please do not consolidate it with other parcels. After the parcel consolidation:
- Each side cannot exceed 100 CM
- The sum of all 3 sides cannot exceed 150 CM
- Volumetric Weight can not exceed 5 times the actual weight
Note: Calculation for Volumetric Weight: [Length (CM) x Width (CM) x Height (CM)] ÷ 6,000 x 2.2046
If the parcel exceeds any of the above limitations, additional charges may be required. The parcel may also be rejected by the overseas warehouse or the delivery fee may be calculated by Volumetric Weight
“What are the items we can and cannot send out?”
Please read “Prohibited Items Catalog” before sending out a parcel. If you have doubts or unclear products, you can message us on Facebook, Instagram, or start a webchat on the site to confirm if we’ll allow your item. It’s better to be safe and sure.
“How about custom tax and duties when it reached the Philippines?”
For the under Php 10k of no duty and tax rule, it is the combined shipment value on the same day it passes through PH customs. Even if you created separate shipment orders, PH Customs will combine the value of all orders that are sent to the same consignee on the same day to assess de minimis value.
To be eligible for the no-duty and tax rule, make sure the total value of your shipments will not exceed Php 10k, then track your shipments and wait until the total shipments pass PH customs, then send the next batch of shipment(s).
That is also given that your declaration is correct and approved by PH customs valuation. Customs have the final decision on taxation and Buyandship is not liable for any taxation problem or government policy changes. Please note that the Php 10k and the forex rate are determined by PH customs at the time of PH customs assessment.
In light of this, if you don’t want to go through the hassle of processing duties and tax, we have a solution for you: we recently launched a new pricing option, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) This option will allow you to have more convenience and less hassle as Buyandship arranges for the duty and tax rather than the other option of Delivery Duty Unpaid wherein you are billed by local courier for duty and tax. All of our clients using our service are qualified for the basic parcel insurance plan. Coverage for each parcel is up to 100 USD (or the equivalent amount in foreign currency).
