This option allows you to easily order as much as you want without having the inconvenience that comes with the current option. Don’t get us wrong, the DDU pricing option is still available. The DDP option is hassle-free and a better pricing option than DDU. You can freely order and decide which pricing option can help you save more later. This promo is extended indefinitely! How to Choose DDP Pricing Option (Website Version)
Please note this option would require you to duplicate your current address and choose the DDP option for the delivery address. This will be used at checkout. Create the new DDP option address NOW before you forget! Check out the step-by-step tutorial we created if you set up a DDP Address on your desktop.
Step 01: Click “Add a New Addresses”
First things first, Go to “My Account” and simply click “My Addresses” Once you’re at the Addresses Page, click “Add a New Addresses”
Step 2: Fill in the Address details and select “Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
Simply enter your Name, Mobile Number, Zip Code, Pricing Option, and Full Address to create an address. Make sure to choose Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) as your Pricing Option. You will need to choose that delivery address when you check out.
Step 3: After filling in Full Address details, Click “Submit A New Address”
Review Everything one last time and click “Submit”
Step 4: Select the best Buyandship Pricing Options for your shipments!
That’s it! You should have a duplicate address where one is “Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)” and another “Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)”
Step 5: Go to “Arrived at HK Warehouse”
At “My Order” > “Arrived at HK Warehouse,” click on the shipments you want to send out and simply drop down the Delivery Method to choose~ it’s either DDU or DDP option.
Step 6: Fill in the other details then click “Consolidate Shipment(s)”
Fill in other necessary details and choose which of your parcels will you consolidate. Simply click “Consolidate Shipment(s)” once you have decided.
Step 7: Click on the checkbox then proceed to to pay Buyandship’s shipping fee!
Congrats! All you have to do now is pay for Buyandship’s shipping fee and wait for them to arrive straight to your doorstep in the Philippines!
How to Choose DDP Pricing Option (Mobile Version)
Step 1: Download Buyandship’s Mobile App
Go to the Apple Store or Google Play Store and simply download Buyandship’s official mobile app for easier access and tracking of your shipments!
Step 2: Click “Add a New Addresses”
Once you downloaded the BNS App, log-in to your account and go to “My Addresses.” Simply click “Add a New Addresses” once you’re in.
Step 03: Fill in the Address details and select “Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
Simply enter your Name, Mobile Number, Zip Code, Pricing Option, and Full Address to create an address. Make sure to choose Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) as your Pricing Option.
Step 4: After filling in Full Address details, Click “Submit A New Address”
Review Everything one last time and click “Submit”
Step 5: Select the best Buyandship Pricing Options for your shipments!

What is Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)?
Delivery Duty Paid means that duty and tax will be billed to Buyandship. Please see below on DDP pricing for different regions below.

Why is there an increase in price options?
This option will allow you to have more convenience and less hassle as Buyandship arranges for the duty and tax rather than the other option of Delivery Duty Unpaid wherein you are billed by local courier for duty and tax.
As a reminder please make sure that you declare your shipments properly based on your invoice and receipt. Always double-check that your declaration is made in the warehouse currency you shipped to and that the unit price per item is as is in your invoice and receipt.

Will the price increase be inclusive of duty and tax?
Yes. But note we will charge you back if you misdeclared the parcel value according to PH customs.
Who will bill me for duty and tax? Will I be billed for duty and tax?
Buyandship will pay for the duty and tax as long as there’s no false declaration. Note we will charge you back if you are caught under-declaring the parcel value by PH customs.
How do I avail of that option?
You will need to go to the “My Addresses” section of your dashboard and create an address that specifies DDP pricing option. You will need to choose that delivery address when you checkout. Please note you will need to duplicate your address and select each option for the same address.

How much is my insurance in this case? Is it the same basic insurance and 3% enhanced insurance and how much does it cover?
You will still have free basic insurance and an option for Buyandship Plus of 3% of declaration value. The coverage is the same as before.
For DDP, are there fewer/more prohibited items?
The same prohibited items will be applied. Please see the Prohibited Items section.
For DDP, are there different parcel size restrictions?
Please see the Pricing section for each parcel size and weight limitations.
For DDP, is it the same declaration process?
Yes, it is the same declaration process. As a reminder please make sure that you declare your shipments properly based on your invoice and receipt. Always double-check that your declaration is made in the warehouse currency and the unit price per item is as it is in your invoice and receipt.
E.g. product name/type should be the item description, not just brand name or model. Unit price per item should be per unit price of the item not the total value of it.

Is there a limit to how much the total declaration value of a consolidated shipment is allowed for the DDP option?
The total value limit is Php 95,000 or below. If it is above the limit, you will not be able to choose the DDP option when checking out and instead can only choose the DDU option.
What is the difference between DDU and DDP?
The option of DDU means that your shipment passes through PH customs and the local courier will prepare the billing for you to pay COD. In this option please note if the combined shipment value on the same day it passes through Philippines Customs is above Php 10k, there are PH customs clearance fees separate from our shipping fee and that is paid to local courier either COD or bank transfer and sent to your home. If Php 10k or below then just our shipping fee 🙂 To enjoy no duty and tax please read further HERE.
For example, a laptop, in general, is 0% duty and around 15% taxes and other fees. Please note if you use our US shipping address there is no US sales tax for online orders. Our clients ask tariff commissions for specifics about their products.
For DDU, to enjoy no duty and tax you need to checkout from HK under Php 10k total value of shipments regardless of how many shipments, then TRACK until it passes PH customs, then send the next batch.
The option of DDP means that Buyandship will be billed for the duty and tax. Buyandship will pay for the duty and tax as long as there’s no false declaration. Note we will charge you back if you misdeclared the parcel according to PH customs.
